Miso soup with mushrooms and noodles

A dish that basically only needs heating up! With lots of delicious Asian flavours, rich in carbohydrates.

INGREDIENTS

COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

  • 1 Pack Noodles
  • 1 Pack Miso soup
  • 4 tsp Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 0.5 Lime, the juice
  • Fresh coriander

PREPERATION AT HOME

Step 1

Cut the mushrooms and spring onions into strips. Pack all the ingredients in a ziplock bag.

COOKING OUTSIDE

Step 1

Heat water and miso soup.

Step 2

Add dried mushrooms and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add noodles and spring onions, let them cook.

Step 4

Squeeze in the juice of half a lime and top with chopped coriander.
