Pasta cacio e pepe

For me, this is an absolutely perfect dish to make on a trip over several days. The ingredients are easy to transport and it is quick to make. It provides a lot of energy, carbohydrates, fat and protein in only four ingredients.

COOKING TIME: 10 min

  • 250 g Dried spagetti
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt & pepper

COOKING OUTSIDE

Step 1

Boil salted water in a saucepan and cook the pasta for 1 minute less than the time specified on the package.

Step 2

Melt the butter in the frying pan, grind down thoroughly with black pepper when the butter bubbles. Put in a couple of tablespoons of pasta water and let it simmer a bit.

Step 3

When the pasta is almost done, scoop it over in the frying pan, let it simmer in the butter mixture on a slightly lower heat.

Step 4

Stir in the grated cheese.
