Portable Pita

You can easily incorporate any flavor in a dish by frying it in some flavored butter. Mix soft butter with your favorite herbs and spices at home, then store in the freezer for future spontaneous expeditions. Kaboom! An explosion of flavors to go!

  • 2 Pita bread
  • 0.5 Diced zucchini
  • 1 Sliced red onion
  • 1 Sliced bell pepper
  • 0.3 Shredded cabbage
  • Bouillon butter 92

  • 200 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Tomato purée
  • 1 Cube Vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder

Living it large?

Bring some fresh mint yoghurt.

PREPERATION AT HOME

Step 1

Mix the ingredients for the butter in a blender. Put it on a sheet of baking parchment and shape it into a sausage. Store it in the freezer.

Step 2

Slice, dice and shred the vegetables and put in a container.

COOKING OUTSIDE

Step 1

Fry the vegetables with a slice of the bouillon butter.

Step 2

Serve in the pita bread with a dollop of mint yoghurt.
