Outdoor food, fire and forest. That’s three things that I love and am passionate about. Nature is my workplace and the forest's raw materials is a part of the ingredients I use in cooking. I want to inspire more people to go out and enjoy a sustainable outdoor life with the fire in the center. The knowledge that I pass on to my guests helps them to feel more comfortable in nature and enjoy it in a sustainable way.
In my job as an outdoor chef, I specialize in cooking over an open fire and work with Bushcraft, hunting, locally produced ingredients and food picked from nature. I have recently published a book about mushrooms and food "Mushroom book for food lovers" (Calazo publishing house) and am currently working on a new book about cooking on a fire pan.
