Chili Noodles with Soy Minced Meat and Peanuts

A delightful hiking meal that is easy to carry and super delicious! Packed with nutrition and flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 dl Soy mince
  • 3 dl Water
  • 1 Pack Noodles with broth
  • Chili flakes
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Roasted onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Peanut
  • For serving Spring onion

COOKING OUTSIDE

Step 1

Pour water into a pot/pan.

Step 2

Add the broth from the noodle packet. Add the minced meat.

Step 3

When the water starts to simmer, add the noodles.

Step 4

When the noodles begin to soften, separate them with a spoon.

Step 5

Let it simmer until the noodles are completely soft.

Step 6

Season with salt, chili flakes, and paprika seasoning.

Step 7

Top with sesame seeds, peanuts, roasted onions, and spring onions (optional).
