One-pot pasta tagliatelle with smoked salmon

Quick, simple and incredibly tasty... This is what distinguishes the hip one-pot pasta. The pasta soaks up the flavors of the ingredients and you really only need one pot for this quick pasta firework.

INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS:

2

COOKING TIME: 30 min

  • Ingredients 121

  • 0.5 l Vegetable stock
  • 0.5 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 125 g Smoked salmon
  • 0.5 Pack Tagliatelle
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 480 ml Fresh spinach
  • 1 Bunch Fresh dill
  • 0.5 Lemon zest
  • 0.5 Lemon, the juice
  • To taste Salt & pepper

COOKING OUTSIDE

Step 1

Bring the stock to the boil in a saucepan.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the spring onions and salmon into strips.

Step 3

Toss the pasta into the boiling stock with the onions and garlic. Keep stirring well so that nothing sticks to the bottom of the pot.

Step 4

After two thirds of the cooking time indicated on the pasta package, add the sour cream, spring onions and spinach.

Step 5

At the last minute, stir in the salmon, dill, lemon juice and lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper. The tagliatelle should be served slightly “al dente” and the sauce should have a lovely creamy consistency.
