One-pot tomato pasta with basil and feta cheese

One-pot-cooking at its finest! Creamy pasta in rich tomato sauce, finished by the uplifting saltiness from the feta cheese and pepperiness from the basil. This is the kind of food you never want to finish.

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Tomato purée
  • 1 Bunch Fresh basil
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g White beans
  • 300 ml Oat cream
  • 1 Cube Vegetable stock
  • Vegan feta cheese
  • Black pepper

COOKING OUTSIDE

Step 1

Soften the garlic in oil.

Step 2

Add tomato purée and white beans.

Step 3

Add the pasta, tomatoes, bouillon, and cream.

Step 4

Season with pepper and basil.

Step 5

Stir to make sure that the pasta is covered by cream throughout the cooking.

Step 6

Finish by sprinkling the feta cheese, fresh basil and more tomatoes on top.
