Leave peas, corn and bell pepper to thaw in a strainer.
Roughly grate the squash and finely chop the garlic.
Place everything on a tray lined with baking parchment and pour the lime juice on top.
Dry in the oven at 50 degrees for 6-10 hours.

Bring some water to boil together with the dried vegetables and the soy mince.
Let simmer under a lid for 5 minutes. Add more water if needed.
