Prepare the sauce by heating the milk/cream in a pot wile toasting the sunflower seeds in a pan, then mix in a blender. Pour it into an airtight jar.
Dice the pork, chop the garlic, and roughly cut the kale. Combine in a container.
Sweat the kale, pork, and garlic with the olive oil in a saucepan until soft. Season with salt & pepper.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Combine the pasta, kale, pork, garlic, and sauce in the saucepan.
Serve with some grated Parmigiana on top.
